Shipping policy

OUR MOB and OUR YOUNG MOB - Pickup After 12 October 2024

• Pickup only available after the exhibitions have ended on 12 October 2024.
• Artworks are to be collected from Dunstan Playhouse Reception.
• Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your artwork.
• Photo ID may be required. 

Adelaide Festival Centre Shop ships only within Australia.

• We use Australia Post, as preferred carrier, charging a flat rate of $15.95 per order, for all orders under $100.
• Orders that total $100 and above are shipped free of charge.

Click & Collect

Click and collect is offered as a shipping option at checkout. Please only select this if you can collect goods in person from Dunstan Playhouse Reception Desk, Festival Drive, Adelaide, South Australia during hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm). Please present your email confirmation and full name when collecting goods.

Dispatch & tracking

A confirmation email and a tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch.

Dispatch is within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Please allow an additional 2-8 business days for delivery. Please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery during holiday periods and for special promotion items.
