Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will happily refund or replace any damaged or faulty items provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase.

To return your purchased item please follow this process:
Contact us at shop@adelaidefestivalcentre.com.au, within five (5) days of receiving your order, include your order number and a description of the fault prior to returning the item.

Post the item to us in its original packaging and ensure a tracking number is obtained. All returns must include proof of purchase.

Please note you are responsible for the shipping/postage charges of the returned item.

Goods will not be accepted for return if they are received later than 30 days from the purchase date.

Once your return is received and provided we assess it as damaged or faulty, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the faulty item.

We have the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet any of the above conditions.
